WHET Team Application
Whet Models and Events

This is an initial application to be a WHET model for WHET Water Co.  This is the first step to be considered for this opportunity. 
If you are selected, the second step will be an interview that may include reading a script.  You must submit pictures as follows: 1) a face 
shot; 2) casual wear (e.g. tee shirt with jeans, shorts); 3) swimwear; 4) any other pictures you desire to send up to 10 pictures in total.  
It is within your discretion as to the content of your optional pictures; however, all pictures must be in good taste.
You may also submit by mail or deliver in person at our Downtown Pittsburgh office.

We have one special opportunity slated for a speaking part in a video commercial, and multiple additional opportunities speaking, swimming, 
nightclub and/or dancing parts in videos and/or appearances.

This is an excellent competitive opportunity.  As a member of the WHET Team, you will be expected to do the following:

Sign our standard release modeling contract, which includes releases for video production appropriate for YouTube and/or television.

Swimwear modeling is required.  Speaking as a representative of the company is required for some positions.

Attend events while conducting yourself with dignity at all times.

For WHET Team applicants, even if you are not selected to be on the WHET Team, you can earn $100 for referring a WHET Team member
on a "Bring a Friend" program, provided that the person is selected and actually becomes a member of the WHET Team pursuant 
to our standard WHET Team modeling/acting contract.  The applicant must identify you in the "Who Referred You" field in the application 
and must use your last name to clearly identify you.

committed to nature and natural beauty.  WHET understands that some
persons find it appropriate to augment their natural beauty
through intervening cosmetic procedures and/or use of steroids, 
and WHET makes no judgment whatsoever of those personal decisions.
However, because of the corporate philosophy, the WHET modeling program is
available only to persons who have not had medical procedures or used steroids, 
except for medical necessity or condition.  
More specifically, we require that you certify that you have: 1) not used steroids
within the past two years, except a) for medical necessity or condition documented 
by the prescription a medical doctor or b) as are available for purchase "over the counter"
at customary point of purchase drug stores; and 2) no implanted cosmetic devices, 
including but not limited to breast implants, except for medical necessity or 
condition.
